AbouT MEI am fascinated by environmental issues at the intersection of nutrient cycling, managed terrestrial ecosystems, and global climate change. My current research focus is driven by the need for more and better data to support climate change adaptation and mitigation efforts in agricultural systems. As Associate Director of The Soil Inventory Project, I leverage my background in soil carbon cycling and experience working with teams to lead academic, government, and industry partners in building a national soil carbon inventory.
